Funds are processed via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification before processing.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering conditions are not met within the stipulated period.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK) or passport number, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.
Account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details with any third party. ups4d accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
ups4d is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. All Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. We may also require KYC at any point during an account's lifecycle at our discretion — for example, when unusual account activity is detected or when a Member's cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold.

In addition to a government-issued photo ID, we may request proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your e-wallet registered to your verified name), and, in certain circumstances, a selfie photograph holding your identity document.
Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a formal request will result in withdrawal privileges being suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. ups4d reserves the right to close an account and return the deposited balance (less any bonus credits) if KYC cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
ups4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods:
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account does not match the name on your ups4d Account — are strictly prohibited and may be returned or flagged for investigation.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of successful bank confirmation. ups4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or force majeure events. If a deposit is not reflected within two (2) hours of the transaction timestamp, please contact our support team with your transfer receipt.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:
ups4d aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, WIB UTC+7). Processing times for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfers are subject to inter-bank clearing windows; transfers initiated outside banking hours may be queued for processing at the next available clearing interval.
ups4d reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that display patterns consistent with fraudulent activity. In such cases, processing may take up to five (5) business days. We will communicate any such delays to the affected Member via their registered email address.
ups4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a promotion's specific terms expressly override them:
ups4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are actively in use, provided the Member has not engaged in any prohibited activity.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ups4d is incorporated as an international offshore gaming operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within 30 days of written notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration.
You acknowledge that as a Member accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with Indonesian law. ups4d does not warrant or represent that its services are lawful in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction.
ups4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account in accordance with the Account Closure procedure described in these Terms.
